Founded in 1990 by Gloria Tingley, Quality In-Home Care Specialists is privately owned and operated and has been in business for almost 30 years. Our experience is time tested and includes our personal family experiences with the care of our loved ones. Let us put our experience to work for you!
Quality In-Home Care Specialists offers support to families directly or can work in partnership with a hospice agency or medical provider to fully meet the family’s needs. Our goal is to help families make the most of their time and lighten any caregiving responsibilities as well as improve the physical and emotional wellness of our clients.
We are a certified California Health Care Organization (HCO #094700009) that is licensed, bonded and insured. Our home care providers are skilled, experienced and receive continuing education and training. All of our home care providers are registered with the California Department of Social Services, Home Care Services Bureau.
